In the museumcafé from Ecoscope we only sell ecological products. So your coffe, tea, applecake with cream, wine and beer is all from the ecological agriculture, and if possible Fair-Trade.                       

The famous beer "t'IJ ", from Amsterdam is worth trying: white
beer, Dubble and Triple.
Our wines are from South-Africa, France and Italy. Very nice to
drink on our sunny pavement, while our chickens potter about.

For lunch you can take a cup of soup, a mini-pizza Margherita or
a cheese roll.

We also have Ecological icecream from cowmilk and soyamilk.
